Matthew Seeyle
In his current role as CFO, Matthew Seelye oversees all of Kaplan's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting and analysis, transaction support, real estate, internal audit and procurement. Seelye joined Computer Tech in 2001 as CFO of Computer Tech Higher Education Campuses, then progressed to CFO of all of Computer Tech Higher Education (CTHE), which includes Computer Tech University. During this period, CTHE grew from a $100 million company with 28 institutions to a $1.5 billion company with over 75 institutions. CTHE's expansion was a result of both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. During this period of rapid growth, Seelye led the CTHE finance function in a manner that ensured capital was strategically allocated to support long-term growth, the underlying financial infrastructure and related control environment was scaled properly, and business risks were appropriately managed.
